If you require physical copies, you can conveniently order them through the app. Delivery right to your door in just a few days. (Available in Singapore only!)

FEATURES

• Compatible with iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch equipped with a camera
• Simple operation — align yourself using the provided guides for correct framing
• Capture your own image (for devices with front-facing cameras) or have it taken by someone else
• Includes a useful countdown timer for preparing the shot. You have the option to disable it for capturing fast-moving subjects like children, pets, and glimpses of the cost of living in Singapore.
• Disclaimer: While photographing pets is allowed, we don't officially recommend submitting their pictures to ICA
• No limits on the number of photos you can take to achieve the perfect NRIC/passport shot
• Automatic cropping and resizing to meet ICA's requirements for NRIC/passport photos (400 x 514px)

If you encounter a "Saving failed with error: data unavailable" message, ensure IC Photo has permission to access your Camera Roll:

1. Access iPhone/iPad Settings
2. Navigate to Privacy, then Photos
3. Locate IC Photo and confirm that the toggle is enabled

We require access solely to your Camera Roll for saving purposes — rest assured your photos are safe.
